Competitive systems and practices or Lean, developed over 80 years, are not just limited to manufacturing. Lean principles—focused on efficiency, waste reduction, continuous improvement, and respect for people—can be applied across all industries from service to healthcare, construction, and software development, driving performance and growth.

Certificate IV in Competitive Systems and Practices - MSS40322
People Improvers (RTO ID 45208), through their sister company Productivity Improvers, deliver Certificate IV in Competitive Systems and Practices. This certification targets team leaders or individuals who are responsible for facilitating and monitoring the implementation of competitive systems and practices.  Participants will utilise their knowledge and analytical skills to drive change and foster efficiency improvements in a team environment and on an individual basis.

Duration: 8 Months including 1 face to face session per month for 6 months.

It is appropriate to allocate time in the workplace for applying the learning (2-8 hrs per month).


Full Cost: $5,250 per person
